You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and accommodation. Once you’ve chosen your holiday home, simply follow the checkout process to secure your stay.
Yes! When booking at least 6 weeks in advance, a small deposit will secure your holiday. You can then make payments towards your balance at your convenience, as long as the full amount is paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), as well as bank transfers. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept American Express at this time. Klarna is also available on request—just let us know if you’d like to use this option.
We hold a refundable damage deposit for all bookings - This will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages.
Cancellations more than 6 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 4 and 6 weeks before arrival will receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival will only receive a refund of the damage deposit. We recommend obtaining holiday insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
Yes! As soon as your booking is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Yes! Last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability. If booking within 24 hours of arrival, please contact us directly so we can make sure everything is ready for your stay.
Changes are possible (subject to availability) up to 4 weeks before arrival. If you need to amend your booking (such as changing dates or guest details), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee depending on the nature of the change.
All our holiday homes come are equipped with kitchen essentials (crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven) Many have additional facilities too (please see individual listings) For your convenience, beds are freshly made up for your arrival. Guests will just need to bring their own towels.

Yes, guests staying in private rentals can purchase passes for full access to the resort’s leisure facilities and entertainment.
Absolutely! All guests are welcome to dine in the resort’s restaurants, cafés, and bars, or pick up takeaways on-site.
Yes, there’s are two convenience stores for groceries, toiletries, and holiday essentials, as well as a laundrette available for guest use.
You'll receive a map to your pitch with access codes so no need to queue at reception you can head directly to your holiday home at your arrival time
Standard Check-In is from 4pm Mondays/Fridays. However, you're always welcome to arrive on site earlier and enjoy the park and beach before you check-in.
There is a key store at the property and you will receive the code on the day of your arrival.

Check-Out by 10am Mondays/Fridays However, you're always welcome to stay on site until facilities close on the day of your departure.
Selected holiday homes are pet-friendly. Please confirm at booking if you’re bringing a pet (pet fees may apply)
